“Life seems to go on without effort when I am filled with music.” – George Eliot

Hello all

Work was mad this week, right at the end of the commissioning phase, spat my dummy out a few times, but we got there in the end. So not had a great deal of time, it’s been nice getting home and having an hour just chilling and listening.

I started off this week, with a nice Sunday afternoon with Coldplay ‎– Parachutes and a great chat with Tony Smith from Sounds of the Suburbs record store.

Midweek listening was filled in by The Strokes ‎– Is This It, I just needed that energy to get me going in the morning.

Friday night, cool ciders were got out of the fridge and after all the madness, it was time to chill to Bob Marley & The Wailers ‎– Legend.

Saturday morning coffee was spent with a new artist to me, Yazmin Lacey ‎and her EP Black Moon.

Oh, I also listened to the below, on my way to work.

I have always been putting together these playlists, I normally make up a playlist from a variety of different music genres and see if they fit together. So lately I have restricted myself to the albums I have posted about and have decided to share it with you, as we did in the old days with tapes

The only way I can think of sharing playlists these days is with something like Spotify, so above is some of what I have been listening to this week.
